Has someone ever made a promise to you and then broken it?? Or have YOU ever broken a promise, solemnly made.
At the moment, if anyone refers to a broken promise, the faces of Dreamz & Yauman come immediately to mind. For the benefit of anyone probably from another planet! - who might not watch the Survivor series Yauman offered Dreamz the prize of a $68 000 truck if he would give him immunity in the last round. Dreamz accepted and promised to give Yauman immunity if he had it. As it turned out, in the last round, Dreamz had immunity, but chose to renege on his promise. Whether it was part of the game' or not I think most people were stunned that anyone could do that after promising with such sincerity!!
